Day 1 of my Fitness plan

Today was leg/abs day at the gym!

I did about 10 minutes of moderate cardio to warm up, then stretched. 

Leg Press: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Lunges: 3 sets of 10 reps with 5lbs hand weights
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Leg Curl: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 27.5 lbs
Crunches: 3 sets of 10 reps
Oblique Crunches: 3 sets of 10 reps

And then I cooled down by fast walking for about 15 minutes
